Transcription: In the aftermath of the war, the world at large learned of the atrocities committed by Nazi decision makers and their minions. Who would be held accountable? The German people as well as their leaders? At first Stalin and Roosevelt favored destroying all of Germany's industry, but at last it was decided to find and punish only those men at the top of the Reich.
